MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Southwest Georgia Business Development Center (BDC) is: 

  1. To create an environment for the development, growth and success of emerging service and light manufacturing businesses in the southwest region of Georgia
  2. To provide value added business programs and services to existing businesses in the area.
The BDC is committed to increasing job development and long-term economic growth of new businesses located in the center through: 
  1. Delivery of high-quality training
  2. Technical assistance
  3. Affordable shared services
  4. Reasonably priced space.
